SHINE oilless screw compressors use full stainless steel screw main machines processed by European technology. The main machines use 304 stainless steel by one-step molding. They are featured by corrosion resistance, no deformation under high and lowtemperature conditions, no contact of the compressed air inside the main machine with the outside to reduce the pollution upon water replacing, independent lubricating waterway inside to minimize the contact between compressed air and water, so as to reduce air pollution. Use of independent upper discharging type main machines to make air quickly discharged, increase the flow velocity of air and enhance the separating speed of water in vapor tank to achieve optimal water separation effect. Copper screw and imported PPEK sealing material may make the sealing and engagement of screw closer and the material of sealing more wear resisting. Imported SKF bearings and independent inside air-tight sealing technology may ensure absolutely no contact between lubrication water and bearing to lessen the rusting to bearings by lubrication water and to guarantee the service life of bearings above 20,000 hours. The water system of the overall unit uses the particular water filtration and lubrication system of GREENFIELD to ensure optimal lubrication, sealing, noise reduction and cooling to the greatest extent. Full automatic water control system to ensure reasonable flow rate of water and to lower the power consumption of air compressor. Dual system design of air and water cooling to ensure simple and quick operation and installation; All using direct connection drive to reduce power consumption.
