Low pressure screw air compressors, as a type of GREENFIELD compressors, are special ones designed to suit to the industries of glass, textile and beer etc.
SHINE low pressure screw air compressors use the original low pressure main machines imported from Germany and are designed on the principle to adopt the unique characteristics of low pressure screw main machine, i.e. low speed and high displacement, as well as the low power consumption of large main machine. With designed pressure from 1.5~4bar, they are especially suitable for service below 4bar. It can save energy by 20% than all the types lower than this pressure range, and by over 25% than all the types with air displacement higher than those of the same power.
Main machines are assured of 100,000 hours of maintenance-free service and no overhauling within five years. Use of compressors of balanced structure all in direct connection drive to feature low speed, less noise, little vibration and no need of any foundation for installation. Use of oversized oil-gas separation structure to enable quick flow of compressed air up to 12m/min without impact, sound effect of oil-gas separation, and the oil content of compressed air less than 2ppm. With the use of special air and oil filters for GREENFIELD, the interval for daily maintenance may be greatly lengthened, which can be as long as 10,000 hours. |
